Scope of Services

Power Hour: Laura Davis agrees to provide a 60-minute audience development session as booked by the Client.

Strategy Session: Laura Davis agrees to provide a 60-minute audience development session and a 1-page 90-day Action Roadmap as booked by the Client.

Extended Consultation: Laura Davis agrees to provide four 60-minute audience development sessions, an audit of the Client's current channels and a 90-day action plan as booked by the Client.

Outcome: While Laura Davis will provide professional advice, results are not guaranteed and depend on the Client’s implementation and external market factors.

Booking and Payment
Confirmation: A session is only considered 'booked' once full payment has been received.

Rates: Fees are as stated at the time of booking. Any additional work outside the session scope will be billed at an additional hourly rate to be agreed in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time of both parties, the following policy applies to all bookings:

More than 7 days: Cancel with full refund (minus any transaction fees). Reschedule (subject to availability) at no extra charge.

More than 48 hours - 7 days: No refund for cancellations. Reschedule (subject to availability) at no extra charge.

​

"No-shows" (failing to show up within 15 minutes of the start time) will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded.

Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide all necessary information/access required for the session in advance - as defined in the booking confirmation email.

Be on time for all scheduled calls or meetings.

Understand that Laura Davis is not responsible for any loss of business resulting from the advice given.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information shared during sessions strictly confidential.

Ownership: All templates, worksheets, frameworks or other information and resources provided by Laura Davis remain her intellectual property are for the Client's internal use only.

 

Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship within 28 days' written notice. Any prepaid sessions for work not yet performed will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
